Women Empowerment Initiatives

At Jaleshwar Nath Sharan Foundation, we believe that empowering women is central to building stronger communities. Our Women Empowerment Initiatives focus on creating opportunities for rural women to become economically independent and socially confident. Through skill development workshops in tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship training, we equip women with the tools they need to start small businesses and earn sustainable incomes. We also conduct sessions on health awareness, gender equality, financial literacy, and legal rights to help women make informed life decisions. Our mission is to help them become agents of change in their families and communities.
